Work with project manager to develop assigned project tasks during all phases, from concept presentations through design and construction documents for high-profile, sustainable, urban housing developments.
The following minimum qualifications shall apply:
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture.
- Experience: 8-12 years relevant professional experience.
- Graphic Skills: Strong graphic skills.
- Design Skills: Strong design, 3D presentation and technical skills.
- Organizational Skills: Focused, well organized, detail-oriented.
- Software: Proficiency with ACAD/Revit.
- Other: Knowledge of NYC Building code, NYC Zoning Regulations, and familiarity with Enterprise Green Homes, and LEED.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

We are seeking a senior architect with 5+ years experience in major international architecture firms to supervise project teams in our Beijing office. Our current projects include high-rises, mixed-use developments and cultural projects both within China and abroad. Candidates should have extensive experience in the SD, DD, and CD phases of large-scale projects, and a demonstrated ability to lead design teams and coordinate with local and international partners and consultants.

Award winning design specialist Architectural Firm with a reputation for work of originality and integrity is seeking an experienced Site Architect for a London based commercial and restaurant project.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong technical ability and good knowledge of construction, leadership and coordination skills. They need to be familiar with site operations and be able to deal with the flow of queries and demands of site and also understand and meet the requirements and limitations of programme and contract.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, using initiative, to ensure standards set out in the specifications and described by the design are being met on site. The ability to successfully communicate with consultants and contractors as well as a familiarity with construction methods and techniques is therefore a must.

Shubin + Donaldson Architects in Culver City is seeking a motivated designer or interior architect with 8+ years of experience in architecture and interior design. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial tenant improvement projects.
Candidates must have demonstrated proficiency in space planning, design presentation, construction documentation, and construction administration. We are seeking a talented individual with the ability to work both independently in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a project team. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Proficiency with AutoCAD and a thorough familiarity with developing construction documents is required, as is a proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign); experience in Revit & modeling/rendering skills are a plus. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture and currently reside within the Los Angeles area.
