We seek an intermediate architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Candidates should have strong design skills combined with significant construction document and construction administration experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Design Suite, and Microsoft Office is required; knowledge of 3D rendering programs desired. Award winning design specialist Architectural Firm with a reputation for work of originality and integrity is seeking an experienced Site Architect for a London based commercial and restaurant project.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong technical ability and good knowledge of construction, leadership and coordination skills. They need to be familiar with site operations and be able to deal with the flow of queries and demands of site and also understand and meet the requirements and limitations of programme and contract.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, using initiative, to ensure standards set out in the specifications and described by the design are being met on site. The ability to successfully communicate with consultants and contractors as well as a familiarity with construction methods and techniques is therefore a must.

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Architect in our Solana Beach, CA office.
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school.
- 3-5 years of experience in single family and multi-family residential architecture design and construction documents.
- Familiarity with wood frame construction and related building codes.
- Highly developed skills and talent in SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and preparation of presentation materials.
- Proficiency or high functionality with Revit.
- Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills.
