Expanding London and Oxford based Architectural Practice looking for an experienced ARB registered job running architect with a minimum 3-5 years post registration experience. We are looking for people with an excellent technical background who are used to working with traditional materials and methods of construction in the UK.
Essential:
- Experience of producing tender and construction drawing packages.
- Understanding of traditional construction methods and materials.
- Good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations.
- AutoCAD literacy.
- Job running experience.
Desirable:
- Experience of high-end bespoke residential and commercial projects.
- Code for sustainable homes experience.
Revit Architecture experience.
- Experience working with Listed Buildings.
We are busy architectural practice with expanding work load offering the opportunity to work on projects from concept through to completion. We currently have a number of residential and commercial projects in the London area and the successful applicant will be expected to be involved in working on a number of projects simultaneously.
Salary to be discussed based upon previous experience.

- Solid Background and Understanding of the Technical Aspects of Architecture.
- Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp Pro, Microsoft Office, CAD (ArchiCAD preferred, but not required.)

You should be a team player with at least 5 years work experience in India, with focus on commercial, residential and retail projects of high repute.
